At Iman Boutique, every order is prepared with intention, care, and gratitude. We want each piece to reach you beautifully and in a timely manner.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders will be shipped out Monday through Saturday excluding US holidays.
All orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the time the order was shipped.
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $10.
If you need guaranteed delivery, please select USPS Express Overnight or UPS Next Day Air as your shipping method. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of the package.
Once your package is on the way, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

return & Exchange Policy
At Iman Boutique, we carefully select and inspect each piece with the intention of serving our family with excellence. To keep our process fair and consistent, please review the guidelines below.
All sale items including pieces purchased with a discount are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
We do not offer refunds; however, we are happy to assist with exchanges when possible.

Exchange Guidelines
Please ship your item back within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item is returned with signs of wear, damage, or without original packaging, a deduction in value may apply.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide the address for shipment.
We kindly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as Iman Boutique cannot replace or refund items lost in transit.
Your exchange will be processed once your item is received and reviewed.
